Products Description
Flexible graphite sheet, foil, paper, tape, and strip (paper) are all flexible graphite materials. These materials, also named flexible graphite paper or sheet, are made by chemically treating natural graphite flakes, then heating them at high temperatures to form graphite worms. The density of this worm - like graphite powder is about 0.003g/cc, and then it’s rolled into flexible graphite coils. Free of binders and fillers, the expanded graphite coils have high purity, excellent corrosion resistance, radioactivity resistance, high/low - temperature resistance, good compression resilience, self - lubrication, and impermeability, suitable for low - pressure sealing. They can be compounded with metal sheets into various graphite composite plates.
Product Applications:
- Used as graphite packing ring material.
- Combined with metal sheets to form graphite composite sheets, cut into various sealing gaskets.
- Processed into thick plates for making low - pressure gaskets or high - temperature insulation pads.
Common Specifications: Widths of 1000mm or 1500mm, coil lengths of 30m, 50m, or 80m; plate sizes of 1000mm or 1500mm; coil thicknesses 0.15 - 1.0mm; plate thicknesses 1.0 - 5mm; density 0.8 - 1.25g/cm³. Special specifications can be customized as per customer requirements.
