Products Description
High Temp Graphite Material For Desert Use
Our high-temperature graphite portfolio includes flexible sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. Engineered specifically for harsh desert environments, these materials are produced using natural flake graphite processed through chemical intercalation and high-temperature exfoliation. The resulting vermicular graphite structures feature a density of approximately 0.003g/cm³. The binder-free rolled products exhibit:
- 99.5% purity
- Chemical resistance to desert salts
- Radiation tolerance
- Thermal stability (-200°C to +650°C)
- Compression resilience
- Self-lubricating properties
- Gas-tight sealing performance
Designed for extreme desert conditions, these materials maintain integrity in temperature fluctuations exceeding 100°C daily ranges.
Specialized Applications:
- Packing rings for oilfield equipment exposed to desert heat
- Composite gaskets with metal reinforcement for solar panel installations
- High-temperature insulation pads for desert machinery
- Sealing components for pumps/valves in arid climates
Desert-Proven Specifications:
- Roll Widths: 1000mm / 1500mm (custom widths up to 2000mm)
- Coil Lengths: 30m / 50m / 80m (custom-cut available)
- Thickness Range: 0.15-5.0mm
- Density: 0.8-1.25g/cm³
- UV-resistant protective coatings available
