Our multi-layer composite graphite sheets are engineered using advanced lamination technology, combining flexible graphite materials with metal reinforcement layers. These composite solutions integrate the following components:

Manufacturing Process:

Natural flake graphite undergoes chemical intercalation and high-temperature exfoliation to form vermicular structures (density ~0.003g/cm³)
Expanded graphite is rolled into binder-free coils
Composite sheets are produced via:

- Vacuum-bonded multi-layer structures
- High-temperature sintering processes
