Products Description
3mm Thick Graphite Sealing Sheets
Flexible graphite materials include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. Manufactured from natural flake graphite through chemical intercalation and high-temperature exfoliation, these materials form worm-like structures with approximately 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite is calendared into rolls, offering:
- 99%+ purity
- Chemical resistance
- Radiation tolerance
- Thermal stability (-200°C to +650°C)
- Compression recovery
- Self-lubricating properties
- Gas-tight sealing
3mm Thick Sheet Features:
- Ideal for high-temperature insulation applications
- Provides enhanced sealing performance in low-pressure systems
- Available in pure graphite or metal-reinforced composites
Product Applications:
- Custom packing rings for pumps and valves
- Die-cut gaskets for specialized equipment
- Thick insulation pads for high-temperature environments
Standard Specifications:
- Sheet Thickness: 3.0mm (other thicknesses: 1.0-5.0mm)
