This gasket sheet is made from dual layers of premium non-asbestos fiber composite laminated on both sides of a perforated metal core.
The fiber layers provide chemical resistance, heat stability, and excellent compression recovery.
The metal insert—available in carbon steel or stainless steel grades—significantly improves mechanical strength, making it suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature sealing.
Unlike traditional asbestos head gaskets, our material is 100% asbestos-free, eliminating health risks while maintaining equal or superior sealing efficiency.
